170);">龙凤镇人民调解工作秉承认真、细致、公平、公正的工作作风，本次培训致力于将龙凤镇人民调解工作推向一个崭新的台阶，打造龙凤调解模式，在工作上执行“三个六”制度：一是矛盾纠纷调处六大工作制度。分为按周逐月排查登记制、积存纠纷研判制、矛盾纠纷调解制、纠纷调解衔接制、纠纷调解启动制、纠纷调解结案制；二是矛盾纠纷六大类。按照难易程度分为简易、一般、疑难、复杂、重大、重特大；三是补贴标准六大类。根据矛盾纠纷所属类别，一一对照补贴标准。在调解工作中做好“两分类”：即随手调、个案调；在方法上实行“两指导”：即集中培训和分类指导，依法统一规范。</span></p><p><span
