rgb(62, 62, 62);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治公安民警为案件当事人请托说情的；违规过问或干预司法办案、插手具体案件办理的；与案件当事人、律师、特殊关系人、中介组织私下以会见、不当接触、交往，办理“人情案、关系案、金钱案”的；其他违反“三个规定”的。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">• 二、民警及其家属违规从事经营活动、违规参股借贷问题</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治公安民警违规经商办企业的；拥有非上市公司（企业）股份或者证券的；投资入股或变相投资入股矿产、娱乐场所等企业的；通过民间借贷等金融活动获取大额回报，影响公正执行公务的；离任县处级以上领导干部在三年内，其他公安民警在两年内，违规受聘或从事经营活动的；公安民警配偶、子女及其配偶违规从事其他经营活动的等等。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">• 三、执法办案突出问题</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治违法受案立案，受案后超期未作出结论的；违反规定不予立案的；侦查不深入不到位的；刑事案件降格为行政案件办理的；违规取保候审，取保候审保证金管理不规范或者不及时退还的；违规插手、干预经济纠纷的；违反规定管理、处置涉案财物的；逐利执法的；其他违反执法司法规定的。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">• 四、公安监所管理问题</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治违规违法办理减刑、假释和暂予监外执行的；干预为罪犯提请减刑、假释和办理暂予监外执行的；未按照法律规定收监执行的；监管场所隐患整改不彻底，监管制度落实不严格的；其他违反公安监所管理规定的。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">• 五、涉“枪车酒赌毒密网”问题</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治公车私用的；工作日、值班、备勤期间饮酒或酒后执行公务、驾驶机动车的；参与赌博行为的；泄露、传播或出售公民个人信息的等等。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box;">• 六、涉“黄赌”非法利益格局问题</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing: border-box;">重点整治对辖区内黄赌问题举报听之任之、不积极开展整治查处的；与涉黄赌娱乐场所经营者、获利者不当交往，接受请吃、消费的；对举报属实的涉黄赌场所通风报信、压案不查，包庇、纵容甚至充当保护伞的；利用职务之便，干预涉黄赌案件查处的等等。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><span
