border-box;">2020年的春天，对于叙永县的竹农来说，是值得纪念的，因为耗时两年的苦竹早出丰产栽培试验成功了！根据试验成果统计分析，苦竹笋1月26日上市，将其出产期提前了2个多月，竹笋品质也极大提升，早期市场价格高达100元/公斤。试验面积13.6亩，亩均产笋811.8公斤，亩均产值17386元，由于以废竹屑作为覆盖材料，大大降低了覆盖成本，实现了林业增效、林农增收，成为浙川东西部扶贫协作科技扶贫的成功典范。</span></p></section><section border-box;">2018年，吴柏林来到叙永后，就以战斗员的姿态迅速投入到脱贫攻坚一线，牢牢扎根鏖战贫瘠的主战场，深入各个乡镇、田间地头，了解全县林竹资源分布、海拔高度、土壤条件、气候特点等，全方位调研叙永林业产业发展状况，诊断出了叙永县林竹资源丰富，四季有笋，但管理粗放，效益不佳的症结。随即根据叙永森林资源特点，结合自身丰富的实践经验，编制了通俗易懂的竹产业技术培训材料，《油茶丰产栽培技术》《油茶整形修剪技术》《毛竹丰产栽培技术》《苦竹早出丰产栽培技术》《绵竹笋材两用林栽培技术》等专业性资料。吴柏林每到一个镇村开展上门指导工作，总会带上这些资料赠送与乡镇、种竹大户以及参加培训的贫困户。同时，他积极与浙江省林业技术推广总站、中国林科院亚热带林业研究所、国际竹藤协会等单位联系，向叙永免费提供《图说毛竹高效培育技术》《图说油茶高效培育技术》《山核桃高效栽培技术》等培训教材、科技专刊200多本，提高技术人员和林农的理论知识水平。</p><p
