outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">3.静态管理期间不举办线下会议、培训、演出、展览展销、广场舞等聚集性活动。红事缓办、白事简办、宴会不办。各类学校、幼儿园实行在线教育。各类娱乐场所和公共文体场所暂停开放和营业。养老院、儿童福利院、监所等实施封闭管理。宗教活动场所暂时关闭。除救护、消防、公安、抢险救援等执行紧急任务的特种车辆外，其他从事保供应、保民生、保防疫、应急运输的相关车辆凭通行证通行，其他车辆禁止上路通行。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">4.各级机关事业单位职工全部进入紧急状态，落实好风险人员社区排查包保小区和居民户的任务。承担城市基本运行保障、医疗保障和防疫任务的人员，凭通行证、工作证或单位证明以及24小时内核酸阴性证明出入小区。各级党员干部要按照“居家不脱岗”原则，主动担当作为，时刻保持工作状态，在认真履行岗位职责和做好自身防护的前提下，就地转为村（社区）志愿者，按照属地调度要求，参与村（社区）防疫工作和服务。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
